Payment Methods

1. Accepted Payment Method

At this time, Gitrending accepts PayPal for purchases made through our online store. We currently do not offer additional direct payment methods through our checkout.

2. How to Pay with PayPal

Paying for an order through PayPal is completed during the checkout process. After reviewing your products and order information, select PayPal as the available payment method and continue to the PayPal payment experience.

1. Add your desired products to your shopping cart.
2. Proceed to checkout and review your order details.
3. Select PayPal as the available payment method.
4. Continue to PayPal and sign in to your PayPal account if required.
5. Review the payment amount and applicable transaction details shown by PayPal.
6. Authorize the payment through PayPal.
7. Return to the Gitrending order confirmation process when prompted.

Please make sure that your shipping information and order details are correct before completing payment. If you notice an error, contact Gitrending support as soon as possible.

3. Paying with a Payment Source Through PayPal

Depending on your PayPal account and eligibility, PayPal may allow you to select from payment sources available within your PayPal account. These options are controlled by PayPal and are not independently configured by Gitrending.

If a particular payment source does not appear during checkout, the payment source may not be available for that transaction. Gitrending cannot guarantee that every PayPal payment option will be available to every customer.

4. Payment Authorization

Completing the PayPal payment process does not necessarily mean that an order has been fully accepted for fulfillment. Gitrending may need to verify order information, payment status, product availability, or other transaction details before fulfillment.

Once the applicable payment has been successfully authorized and the order is accepted, the order may proceed to processing.

If payment cannot be successfully authorized, the order may not be processed until the payment issue has been resolved.

5. Failed or Declined Payments

A payment may fail or be declined for reasons determined by PayPal or the payment source associated with your PayPal account. Gitrending does not control PayPal's authorization decisions.

If your payment does not go through, you may be able to return to checkout and try again using an eligible payment source available through PayPal.

Customers should keep their order confirmation for their records. If you do not receive an expected confirmation, please contact Gitrending support so we can help determine whether the order was successfully received.

An order confirmation should not be interpreted as a guarantee that an order has already shipped. Orders must go through the applicable processing and fulfillment stages before shipment.

7. Order Total and Shipping Charges

The amount charged for an order may include the price of the products purchased and applicable shipping charges or other transaction-specific amounts displayed during checkout.

Gitrending's current standard shipping rate is a $6.99 USD flat rate.

8. Payment Security

Gitrending takes reasonable measures to protect information associated with online transactions. Payment authorization is handled through PayPal's payment infrastructure rather than requiring customers to provide complete payment credentials directly to Gitrending.

For your protection, do not send your PayPal password, payment card number, security code, authentication code, or other confidential payment credentials to Gitrending by email or through customer support messages.

If Gitrending needs information to identify your order, we will generally request your order number and other non-sensitive information instead.

9. PayPal Account Security

Customers are responsible for maintaining the security of their PayPal account and login credentials. Gitrending does not have access to your PayPal password and cannot reset or manage your PayPal account.

If you believe that your PayPal account has been compromised or that an unauthorized transaction has occurred, contact PayPal promptly and follow its security procedures.

Information submitted during payment may be processed by PayPal according to PayPal's applicable terms, privacy practices, security procedures, and policies.

Gitrending may receive transaction-related information necessary to confirm an order, such as payment status, transaction reference information, customer details, and other information needed to administer the purchase.

11. Currency and Exchange Rates

Gitrending displays applicable product and order pricing during the shopping and checkout process. When PayPal or another financial institution performs a currency conversion, the applicable exchange rate and conversion terms may be determined by the payment provider or financial institution.

Gitrending does not control currency conversion rates applied by PayPal, card issuers, banks, or other financial institutions.

12. Refunds

If a refund is approved, Gitrending generally processes the refund through the original payment method used for the transaction, where supported and applicable.

Our standard refund processing timeframe is within 12 days after the applicable cancellation or approved return process has been completed.

Gitrending does not charge refund processing fees for eligible refunds under our standard Return & Refund Policy.

Once Gitrending has processed a refund, the time required for the refunded amount to appear in your PayPal account or applicable payment source may depend on PayPal and the financial institution involved.

13. Canceled Orders

If an order is successfully canceled before fulfillment and a refund is due, Gitrending will process the applicable refund through the original payment method.

Because orders can enter processing quickly, cancellation is not guaranteed. Customers should contact Gitrending immediately after placing an order if they need to request a cancellation.

14. Returns and Refunds After Delivery

If an order has already shipped and cannot be canceled, eligible merchandise may be returned according to Gitrending's Return & Refund Policy.

Eligible returns may be requested within 60 days from delivery. Approved refunds are processed within 12 days after the applicable return has been received, reviewed, and approved.

No return or refund processing fees are charged for eligible returns under our standard policy.

15. Payment Disputes and Unauthorized Transactions

If you believe that an order or payment was made without your authorization, please contact Gitrending promptly and contact PayPal through its official support channels.

We may request order information to investigate the transaction and may cooperate with PayPal or other applicable service providers when investigating suspected fraud or unauthorized activity.

Customers should not provide confidential authentication credentials to Gitrending during an investigation.

If you believe that you have been charged more than once for the same Gitrending order, please contact us with the applicable order number and transaction information.

We will review the transaction records available to us and, where appropriate, coordinate with the applicable payment provider to determine whether a duplicate transaction occurred.

Gitrending's standard order cut-off time is 5:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday.

Orders placed after the daily cut-off, on weekends, or on applicable holidays may begin processing on the next available business day.

Customers who need to cancel or change an order should contact Gitrending as soon as possible rather than relying solely on the daily cut-off time.

Gitrending currently provides PayPal as the available payment method. We may add, remove, or modify payment options in the future as our checkout services evolve.

Any new payment method offered in the future may be subject to separate processing procedures, eligibility requirements, transaction limits, or terms provided at checkout.
