Gitrending provides shipping according to the terms described in our Shipping Policy. Standard shipping is currently offered at a flat rate of $6.99 USD.

Our standard handling time is 1 business day, followed by an estimated carrier transit time of 2–6 business days. Orders may be delivered by USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the shipment and destination.

Our normal order cut-off time is 5:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or during applicable holidays may begin processing on the next available business day.

Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Carrier delays, severe weather, transportation interruptions, address problems, seasonal volume, holidays, and other circumstances may affect delivery.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address and for monitoring available tracking information after shipment.

10. Returns and Refunds

Eligible merchandise may be returned within 60 days from the delivery date, subject to the requirements of our Return & Refund Policy.

Approved refunds are processed within 12 days after the eligible return has been received, reviewed, and approved. Gitrending does not charge return fees, restocking fees, or refund processing fees for eligible returns.
